Besides experimental facilities for engineering students, chemistry lab is equipped with modern and digital apparatuses for sample testing of drinking water , waste water , industrial water , petroleum products , cement , coal and lubricating oil.
This "Eco-friendly" Lab provides facility extraction of precious metals from industrial wastes and for analysis of environmental pollution. Research in the areas of orgno-metallic and coordination chemistry has been initiated and work on a DRDO sponsored project is in progress.
Physics Lab :
Apart from conventional introductory level experiments of physics in the fields of general properties of matter, heat, sound, electricity and dark room, the department also has a prestigious optical lab where students can work on the basic principles of optics as well as on advanced experiments in spectrometry.
Besides above, the physics lab is also equipped to cover all the practical aspects of applied physics and the modern electronics.

Basic Civil Engineering, as a part of first year curriculum, makes students well versed and conversant with the basics of building construction and engineering surveys that are required for all types of construction.
Students also get an insight about the various materials used in construction industry and the ways to explore the details of building design and drawings.
Computer Sc. & Engineering Lab :
The fast changing technological scenario poses to the institute a challenge updating its curriculum and faculty to be able to provide state of the art education to the students.Changes, both major and subtle, have been made by the Computer Science Department of the Institute, to be better prepared for tomorrow.
